Bàn làm việc đo áp suất của Khoa học 2476 là một thiết lập hoàn chỉnh để kiểm soát quá trình thông qua hai bộ điều khiển (Bật / Tắt) và bộ điều khiển ba điểm (PID). Áp lực mà chúng ta có thể kiểm soát thông qua Hệ thống thu thập dữ liệu dựa trên Ethernet có ADC 24 bit và đầu vào / đầu ra kỹ thuật số. Nhà khoa học 2476 cũng cho phép tiếp xúc với các thành phần công nghiệp như Bộ truyền áp suất, Van điều khiển, Đồng hồ đo áp suất, Van điện từ, Van an toàn người dùng có thể tìm hiểu cách hiệu chỉnh, cài đặt, vận hành và điều chỉnh các thiết bị để điều khiển quá trình. Tất cả các thành phần điện được kết nối với bảng điều khiển để cho phép học sinh đo tín hiệu và kết nối các thiết bị với nhiều cấu hình điều khiển khác nhau bao gồm vòng mở (điều khiển thủ công) và vòng đóng (điều khiển PID, điều khiển bật / tắt).
Nhà khoa học 2476 đi kèm với Phần mềm đa năng mà qua đó chúng ta có thể điều khiển nó từ bất kỳ Máy tính nào trong mạng cục bộ. Phần mềm có các tính năng như ghi nhật ký dữ liệu quá trình, biểu đồ trực tiếp và được lưu trữ có thể được in khi cần, báo thức có thể được đặt cho các điểm khác nhau, chế độ xem thời gian thực hoạt hình của quy trình hoàn chỉnh, với cấu hình IP dễ dàng.

Product Description

Scientech 2476 Pressure Measuring Workbench is a complete setup to control process through two points (On/Off) and three point (PID) controller. Pressure which we can control through an Ethernet based Data Acquisition System which has 24 bit ADC and digital input/output. Scientech 2476 also gives the exposure to Industrial components like Pressure Transmitter, Control Valves, Pressure Gauge, Solenoid Valve, Safety Valve users can learn how to calibrate, install, operate and tune the instruments for controlling the process. All electrical components are connected to the control panel to allow students to measure signals and connect the devices in wide variety of control configuration including open loop (manual control) and close loop (PID control, On/Off control).
Scientech 2476 comes with a versatile Software through which we can control it from any Computer in the local area network. The Software has features like logging of the process data, live and stored graphs that can be printed when needed, alarms that can be set for different points, animated real time view of complete process, with easy IP configuration.
